NBCUniversal is seeking a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR. The Production Coordinator reports to the Line Producer and will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the production office and studio, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
• Overall administrative production support and coordination
• Responsible for securing location and vendor agreements
• Responsible for tracking stories
• Work with team to develop Show System
• Distribution of production schedules
• Tracking/reporting crew hours
• Mange Production Assistants / Interns
• Remote Shoot Coordination
• Assist on set for shoots
• Assist LP in day-to-day operations
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and navigating the internet
• Minimum 1-year production related experience

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT and remotely
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short notice
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVD-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing in Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVD-19 workplace safety policies and protocols
