Responsibilities
NBCU is seeking a One Platform Development Manager to join its growing team of creative and development marketing specialists who deliver unmatched innovative solutions for its stellar roster of new and existing digital and on-air clients. This position is based in NYC.

The One Platform Development Manager will be responsible for working across Telemundo's Reality Competition and Scripted programming serving US Hispanics to develop and execute revenue generating marketing solutions for clients that connect with our audiences and fans across all platforms. Reporting to the One Platform Development Director, this highly collaborative and solutions-oriented position will play an active role in supporting the creation, management and oversight of marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery.

RFP RESPONSE
• Manage the ascertainment of client RFPs, alongside Creative partners, to help guide the concepts and ensure network, sales, and client objectives are being met to ultimately deliver the best opportunity for the advertiser.

PROACTIVE DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
• Contribute to the development and positioning of new Sales opportunities identifying & packaging new multi-platform experiences opportunities across all platforms with the lenses of NBCU Sales Priorities & One Platform along with the Telemundo Network Priorities.
• Develop marketing materials to be used by the One Platform Marketing & Sales teams that highlights data-based performance, content & format information, and marketing partnership opportunities. Partner with Director to work cross-portfolio, & cross-business to formulate, influence, and drive these sellable packages forward among internal constituents
• Collaborate to identify, develop, and properly package innovative ad product solutions cross-platform (Digital, Mobile, Social Media, and Commerce) tied to Reality Competition and Scripted programming for future partner opportunities

MANAGEMENT & ACTIVATION
• Oversee the team's Specialist role responsible for leading activation and campaign measurement
• Collaborate with Specialist to analyze campaigns post completion, working with research and sales team to deliver and communicate campaign results and future growth opportunities

PRESENTING TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS
• Attend and represent the Creative Development team effectively in high-visibility environments with key internal stakeholders as well external agency/clients to drive excitement and understanding of content and marketing opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience, including any on-set production experience
• Proven ability to create and successfully pitch and execute multi-platform solutions with impactful brand narratives
• Bachelor's degree, or related work experience

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBC Universal's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (Internal Only)
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail
• Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and the creative development process
• Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to work with interdepartmental teams and external clients
• Aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to derive insights from the research data is a plus (MRI, Nielsen, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general, as well as advertising within the Digital eco-system
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual preferred, but not required (Spanish and English)
