Responsibilities
The Steve Wilkos Show is seeking a Field Producer to work with all day to day operations as outlined below. The Field Producer will be responsible for working with producers to set up interviews, obtain information, write scripts, and deliver compelling packages. This is a Run of Show position.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of field producing experience in broadcast, print or digital
• Experience with a talk show, news or court program or other relevant entertainment a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Exceptional editorial judgement
• Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication, research and writing skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends ​​​​​
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
• Work on a quick turnaround and large production pieces in the field and in studio.
• Set up, produce, and shoot interviews and B-Roll in the field
• Organize media in the field and for edit
• Work with producers and editors to come up with creative shooting ideas
• The Field Producer must be willing to ask the tough questions, get the latest elements into a story to move the content forward.
• Work with producers to set up interviews and obtain information to craft and produce live shots and packages.
• Experience working with talent, guests and audience, with careful attention to helping guide people through sensitive subject matters
• Experience overseeing field shoots, helping prep team for shoots, outlining shoot lists, writing copy, and overseeing edits.
• Work with editors to make sure we deliver visually compelling stories
