Responsibilities
ROLE PROFILE

The Sales Coordinator will provide heavy administrative support to the team handling the sales and avails, business proposals, product management, licensing of content, volume management agreement, client support and other matters involving the Global Distribution team and business for the domestic US region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Sales Executives
• Assist executives (EVP / SVP / VP) with answering calls, schedule, calendars, booking travel, processing expenses, executing department logistics.
• Handle various ad hoc and regular business requests/projects including several daily/monthly reports.

Additional Coordination & Duties
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Making travel arrangements and collecting travel documentation and receipts.
• Managing diaries, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external meetings, VC, conference calls and other activities as required.
• Word-processing documents, including letters and Excel spreadsheets.
• Establish and maintain office files, ensuring timely filing of documents.
• Other ad-hoc support e.g., printing, binding materials and photocopying etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in the Entertainment industry and/or as an assistant.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in New York, New York.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• A keen interest in the entertainment industry-TV, Film and New Media.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills for creating presentations and detailed spreadsheets.
• Be flexible, personable, self-starter and detail oriented.

• Prior Sales or Marketing experience.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients.
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
