Responsibilities
Our Manager of Creative & Editorial is responsible for generating short-form content for E! linear, VOD promotion and its publishing platform Eonlinebrasil.
The individual is responsible for managing the creation of compelling creative for E! linear programming offer, including original promotional campaigns.
As Editorial for Eonlinebrasil, the manager will select and help develop the news stories that will drive the most traffic/ratings and oversees our daily online news operation. He or she provides the overall creative direction for news story development, the quality and accuracy of news reporting and works closely with our news gathering team to break brand-relevant news.
The position will manage and motivate a team of freelancers and agencies composed by writers, editors & reporters, multitask and work quickly, and who can keep a positive attitude no matter how busy it gets.

Qualifications/Requirements
KEY Responsibilities:
to include, but not limited to:
• Develop and execute best-in-class creative content for Originals campaigns and programs from
inception through delivery to achieve business objectives.
• Supervise multiple external agencies in the development of promos and digital content.
• Support the affiliate marketing team to delivery branded promo assets.
• Partner closely with the strategic and social team, PR, legal, and other teams to create and manage multiple concurrent and managing the publishing of articles.
• Support custom campaign shoots in partnership with production companies and the production
team. Includes developing concepts during custom Marketing/Gallery shoots.
• Supervise the day-to-day editorial news operations for E! Online/E! News;
• As Editorial, he/she will manage all news gathering operations and guide reporting efforts for the
brand.
• Help set coverage priorities, guide coverage decisions and conceptualize stories.
• Closely monitor analytics and traffic and make content decisions based on performance trends.
• Organize and produce red carpet coverages for local and international events under the umbrella of
E! Brasil.
• Oversee VO's for linear channel and the real time translation for international events.
• Support ad sales with sponsored short-form content.
The Manager of Creative and Editorial will report into the Head of Creative & Original Productions and
ensure that the brand's content strategy is properly executed across all areas of the site via strategic
planning and roll out of content.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 to 7 years creative marketing experience, driving interest, viewing and engagement for general
entertainment
• A sincere love for streaming entertainment, television, movies and storytelling.
• Demonstrate highly creative & experimental campaigns, with the ability to meet a high-bar of quality
content creation.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and positive team collaboration is a must.
• With a core creative expertise, demonstrate the ability to think broader - understand strategy to deliver big
creative ideas that align with audiences and campaign goals, and execute tactically.
• Understanding of paid social & digital programs/placements/partners, as part of planning a wholistic
creative & digital strategy.
• Expertise in digital video content best practices, unique creative opportunities across various digital
platforms, along with understanding of traditional creative (promos, short-forms).
• Understanding of current dynamic entertainment landscape, competitive creative campaigns and
consumer trends, as well as shifts in our business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
