Responsibilities
Role Purpose
This role will support NBCUniversal's Enterprise Rights Management Program, a transformational initiative that seeks to evolve the way rights are acquired, analyzed, managed, and exploited across NBCUniversal. The primary function of the role is to support the onboarding of entertainment contract templates into NBCU's contract lifecycle management system (CLM). The position will work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technology professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Review contract templates related to the production and distribution of entertainment content
• Meet regularly with attorneys and other legal professionals to validate that all information in contract templates is being accurately transferred in to the CLM
• Work closely with configuration analysts who set up contract templates in the CLM
• Communicate effectively with legal, operations, and technology professionals regarding CLM activities
• Handle general responsibilities and special projects across the program as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with complex contracts
• Experience with contract lifecycle management technology
• Experience with entertainment contracts
• Familiarity and comfort with software systems and other technology in a business setting
Eligibility Requirements
• May work virtually initially but must be able to work in Universal City, CA as required per department needs
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols
