Job Description
Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Sports Legal and Talent teams with respect to contract-related and administrative matters across NBC Sports Group's various networks and platforms.

Responsibilities
• Manage contract workflow for form production agreements, talent agreements and certain other agreements by sending drafts, tracking comments, managing correspondence with third parties, preparing execution copies, running agreements through the internal approval system, collecting signatures (via DocuSign and otherwise), filing and sending fully-executed documents
• Communicate deal terms of agreements with relevant internal parties
• Coordinate the submission of various regulatory and government filings
• Create and maintain an agreement guide tracking material deal terms and expiration and renewal dates
• Draft various contracts including sponsorship agreements, time sale agreements and non-disclosure agreements
• Draft Talent agreements for all NBC Sports properties
• Serve as liaison and facilitate Sports Group compliance with certain corporate guidelines (e.g. news access and ad standards) and third party requirements
• Assist with generation of summary documents and charts
• Organize and maintain documents in an electronic filing system.
• Assist with the processing of international travel documentation for Sports talent

• Must manage, own and drive contracts and projects to completion
• Interest in Sports a plus

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years relevant experience in business or legal setting
• Extremely detail-oriented, accurate and organized
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
