NBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management, from sales enablement to sales operations, from product marketing to strategic communications, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $10B+ annual advertising business. Together, we're building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.

The Technology Transformation team within AP&O oversees strategic projects and programs to support business priorities for NBCU's Global Advertising & Partnerships organization and manages organizational workflow standards and governance to ensure efficient product delivery. We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager of Change Delivery to assist the Director in ongoing management and prioritization of product features for the Ad Sales roadmap. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams including external vendors and partners, as well as internal stakeholders across NBCU's brands (Entertainment, News, Peacock, and Sports), Advertising & Partnerships, Operations & Technology, Corporate Strategy, and Content Distribution. An understanding of the digital and linear landscape is a must, including TV Everywhere, social platforms, ad serving platforms, and data-enabled media buying.

Reporting to the Director, Change Delivery, Technology Transformation, the person in this role will:
• Help manage end-to-end intake process for new product features on the technology and commercialization roadmap.
• Maintain organizational vision and assist core working team in systematic structure.
• Qualify the intake of new requests, partnering with the requesting stakeholders to detail scope, requirements, tasks, and timelines.
• Support a cross-functional view of all Ad Sales priorities, external dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure the Ad Platforms & Operations roadmaps are up to date, which include strategic projects and programs for new ad products & digital platforms, sales system enhancements, and general support of the day-to-day business.
• Assist project managers with managing conflicts, recognizing and mitigating risks, and establishing cross-functional communications
• Liaise with other PMOs within NBCU to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-2 years of PM experience with a business or PM degree or 2-5 years of PM experience with non-PM/business degree
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Atlassian tools
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Additional skill requirements:
• Scrum or similar experience preferred
• Ability to organize meetings, including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps
