Assistant to Executive Producer (Contract)
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The KARAMO show is seeking an Assistant to Executive Producer. The EP Assistant to the reports to the EP and Co-EP. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of 8 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Liaison between EP and Co-EP and production team; sets all show related team meetings
• Maintain both EP and Co-EP's calendars
• Manage show boards, binders folders, all show related info assuring they are current and correct
• Arrange ground transportation, flights, hotels and any other travel needs for host
• Assist in various day of show needs during studio tapings
• Day-to-day administrative responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of production experience or administrative experience in a TV setting preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Self-Starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growth
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT and remotely.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant to TV On-Air Talent preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
