NBC Sports Next is hiring a Enterprise Sales Representative to support our GoMotion platform. As the Enterprise Sales Rep for GoMo, you will be a key driver and resource in developing, managing and executing its enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy for the top one hundred plus GoMotion prospect accounts. This professional will work cross-functionally with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop the sales pipeline and generate sales across the GoMotion portfolio of products. This person will own a direct sales book of business, and will have an eye on revenue and driving best-in-class opportunities that utilize and bundle assets across the organization to create unique packages and offerings that create value for our GoMotion prospects and partners.

Enterprise Sales Representative, GoMotion Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across business functions to develop, establish, and execute the company's GoMotion enterprise sales strategy.
• Own a direct sales book of business that includes the top one hundred plus GoMotion enterprise prospect accounts (Dance, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Cheer and other class-based sports governing organizations, franchises and event operators)
• Work directly with prospective customers in-person, via telephone, email, social, and online meetings to create demand and solve challenging customer problems in a consultative way
• Research, qualify, negotiate and close complex deals in an aggressive timeframe
• Liaise with the product development and marketing teams to ideate and create strategic sales assets inclusive of value prop, sales decks, proposal and RFP templates
• Generate sales opportunities, prepare and present accurate and comprehensive sales pitches/presentations
• Own, manage and develop deep relationships at the executive level of key clients and prospects
• Maintain accurate daily record of sales activities within SalesForce
• Identify growth opportunities and strategies to meet company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in sales within a SAAS related business, and a track record as a leader, collaborator, and innovator.
• Strong knowledge of the studio and class based sports landscape
• Consistent track record of sales performance in a consultative sales environment
• Empathetic, solutions oriented and a true passion to service customers
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively with senior level stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to engage prospects and partners

Desired Characteristics
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated curiosity, positivity and enthusiasm
• Ability to develop a well-rounded understanding of our sales framework, market, and customer needs
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, view challenges as opportunities and approach every day as an opportunity to improve and grow
• Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar CRM experience, is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft (preferred)
• A self-starter and problem solver, a team player
