KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, News Group Digital Finance will work closely with both the News Group Digital finance team and the brand leaders to drive operational finance excellence. This role will oversee and manage digital Publishing and Streaming financials across all News Group brands: News, Today, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC News NOW, Today All Day. Key responsibilities include:
• Key contributor to operational forecasting & analysis, monthly & quarterly close process, and day to day financials for all brands. Exposure to the entire P&L, including revenue, cost & OCF, plus capital and balance sheet.
• Manage the Publishing and Streaming consolidated views across all of News Group for financial updates to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the financial management of NBC News Now, 24/7 streaming news network.
• Own revenue estimates, pacing and closing for non-ad sales areas re: Taboola, NOW partner deals, etc.
• Manage weekly reporting for operations & detail cost trackers for editorial, product & tech; opportunity to own relationship with budget owners as their main point of contact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like the NBCUniversal Ad Sales and News Group digital research teams to understand traffic/revenue trending and impact on financials; the News Group operations, growth & BD teams on investment modeling and execution; O&T on live production costs for NOW.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• 4+ years experience in finance, accounting or related

field
• Advanced Excel user
