The Manager, Digital Marketing will play a key role in the development and management of digital paid media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement of Paramount's domestic theatrical releases. This position will work with the broader Digital Marketing team to help develop, implement and track the overall digital campaign strategy.

Responsibilities to include:
• Manage paid media agency relationships, custom programs buildouts, timelines, and reporting
• Work closely with digital agencies and partners to develop paid media strategy across all digital verticals
• Partner with creative agencies to produce full display banner campaigns
• Oversee creative executions for one-off projects including websites, AR lenses, custom apps, digital installations, etc.
• Leads projects from briefing vendors through execution
• Helps manage trailer debuts and content launches
• Collaborate with social media team to impact organic and paid social engagement
• Contribute to brainstorming and cross department marketing planning
• Lead the development and execution of our influencer programs with micro to macro influencers & content creators
• Help ideate and host influencer screening events / activations
• Work with media, creative, publicity, promotions, and international team to ensure a comprehensive campaign
• Supports development of filmmaker presentations, digital strategy documents, campaign briefs and timelines for executive review
• Oversee display creative and deliverables
• Handle paid media rotation for digital/ social campaigns
• Help find first-to-market opportunities

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing within media/entertainment or closely related field
• Experience successfully ideating and executing across multiple campaigns
• Experience with the major digital advertising platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and enthusiasm around the film industry
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
