Description:

Paramount Pictures is currently seeking a Coordinator to supervise project coordination and manage support of Physical Production with emphasis on the Visual Effects area!
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Supervise department calendar and correspondence
• Lead expense reports, travel and office purchases
• Handle and maintain in depth digital and paper file system for all films
• Handle Relationship with VFX vendors
• Coordinate meetings including catering and take notes
• Maintain schedule for preview screenings, turnover dates, delivery dates and any key contractual achievements
• Perform additional miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Experience in Visual Effects Production environment

Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to read and understand financial plans and budgets
• Strong communication skills
• Superior abilities in problem-solving, time-management, multi-tasking, and operating in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to coordinate distribution effort
• Able to maintain up-to-date and accurate files
• Able to create and revise reports on personal computer system
• Ability to flex both work and communication style in order to transition fluidly between working independently and demonstrating team assets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple-projects and responsibilities under pressure with minimal supervision is important
• Ability to work flexible hours is necessary
