The aim of a Training Content Manager is to manage the development of the ongoing internal creative training programs. They will work closely with the HOD and Department Trainers to develop training outcomes, coordinate training resources across sites, project manage training programs such as new starter training, upskilling, cross-training, show-specific training, and masterclasses.

Responsibilities
• Work as a project manager with the HOD and Department Trainer in creating and executing training programs.
• Work with productions on developing and scheduling up and coming show specific training.
• Coordinate the deployment of company-wide studio tools and their training programs.
• Maintain the standards and be an administrator to the Learning Management System.
• Be an administrator to the video sharing platform.
• Ensure the availability and integrity of training materials across sites.
• Coordinate feedback on Academy programs and assist in outlining new Academy programs.
• Assist in the creation and execution of enriching in person learning and development programs.
• Oversee and enforce the standards and creation of department documentation.
• Oversee the documented history of workflows used on current and past shows.
• Create and present proposals for new training initiatives to the training management.
• Report to the Head of Creative Training and Development.

Qualifications
• Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Worked in VFX for 5+ years.
• Can work independently within an organization to get information proactively.
• Previous experience in a training organization.
