The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Post Producer to join the Blippi team. This role is a management position who will oversee the post team and pipeline from start to finish, ensuring that all content and creative strategy meets our high-quality standards and is delivered on time and on budget. This position is a problem solver and will be able to advise Creative and offer alternative solutions to ideas and visions before shooting, as well as collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to produce content that aligns with Moonbug's brand and audience expectations.

The Post Producer will report into the Director of Production and Senior Director of Prod Ops.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all stages of live-action post-production, including media ingesting, editing, color correction, sound design, and final delivery for all forms of content.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of episodes and special content; working with our various internal crossfunctional teams to ensure content meets upload, distribution, and marketing and brand timetables.
• Analyze scripts, concepts and creative briefs during pre-production and advise on how to best organize shoots to avoid delays and additional costs in post production.
• Collaborate and manage editors, sound designers, and VFX artists to maintain a seamless workflow, provide guidance, and ensure quality standards.
• Review all content for consistency, technical quality, and brand alignment before final delivery.
• Work closely with executives on all projects, managing creative feedback with the editors to ensure they are being addressed and/or responded to.
• Track and manage post-production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to support various aspects of post-production, including editing, VFX, and audio production.
• Organize and maintain all post-production assets, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date for future projects.
• Provide support for post-production technical issues and work closely with IT and technical teams as needed.
• Familiarity with live-action production workflows, including media ingesting, footage organization, sound mixing, color correction, and final mastering.
• Identify areas for improvement in post-production workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in post producing and post-production supervision, preferably within live-action children's content or family entertainment.
• Knowledgeable in post-production software and tools such as Adobe Premiere, Avid, or DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with sound mixing and color correction processes.
• Proficiency in scheduling and spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to handle technical issues and provide creative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Experience managing budgets in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with production pipelines and asset management systems for efficient file organization and accessibility.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, open to feedback, and flexible in adapting to evolving production needs.
