Overview

Summary This position will support the Partnership Sales department through sponsorship-related projects, including platform administration, research, and presentation development. The Manager – Partnership Sales responsibilities will also include sponsorship agreement negotiations and renewals.

• Gain an advanced understanding of various Partnership Sales department platforms, including Digideck, Trajektory, Nielsen Sports PrimeLingo, HeritageWerks
• Assist in the oversight and maintenance of Salesforce, the organization's third-party CRM vendor, to help manage team marketing asset inventory and expenses
• Work with design team on the overall presentation of recaps, activation books and online presence on Brewers.com (advertising opportunities)
• Facilitate marketing research and data retrieval for proposals and sponsorship recap documents
• Provide support to premium item development, bidding and distribution process for gate giveaways, theme nights and community nights
• Grow revenue with current and new partners through the strategic utilization of team marketing assets inclusive of in-park signage, promotional assets, use of marks and logos, drive-to-retail promotions, and other marketing vehicles
• Primary point of contact for partner trade agreement negotiations and renewals
• Manage relationships with a book of business inclusive of existing partners and designated sales leads
• Oversee accurate fulfillment of sponsor benefits as appropriate to their respective agreements
• Work with all departments to help ensure the Club's sales efforts are being communicated and supported throughout the organization
• Work with the Legal Department on the execution of contracts and other documents associated with partnerships
• Responsible for preparing and submitting sales data and reports as required inclusive of profit and loss statements
• Work various game duties inclusive of corporate partner hospitality suite

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience in sales and account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The selected candidate should have a desire to grow within the Partnership Sales department and have an interest in developing sales and presentation skills.

Computer Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Strong demonstrated work ethic with an innate sense of urgency, creative capacity, team concept and attitude, passion to succeed by excelling at sales and relationship building, professional demeanor and appearance.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Hours

Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm however, this position may require additional hours on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
