Associate Producer (Kits Lead) - Maxis

Maxis is looking for an Associate Producer to lead the Kits line of DLC releases for The Sims 4. Kits are mini collections of content made to boost The Sims 4's catalog of clothing and home content. You will report to a Producer on The Sims 4.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee kits from start to finish, managing concept, scope, quality, and on-time delivery
• Use knowledge of interior design, fashion, and Sims' players to conceptualize new kits
• Pitch kit themes to studio leadership team
• Collaborate with the art director, concept artists, 3d artists, and designers on kit creation
• Coordinate with brand and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy
• Establish schedules for kits with development directors
• Track community feedback to inform strategic decisions
• Analyze the performance of released kits
• Schedule, run, and document meetings
• Prioritize and help resolve emergent issues
• Write, edit, and approve player-facing text
• Review and demo in-development software
• Field bugs and assess their priority and risk
• Approve test plans

Qualifications:
• You have an interest in and knowledge of interior design and fashion
• You have professional experience on a published game for PC, console, or mobile
• You have gone through more than one full development cycle for a base game or DLC
• You are capable with tools for bug tracking, documentation, and version control
• You love videogames. Knowledge of The Sims is a significant plus!
