Club Glow is the longest running electronic music event promotions and production company on the East Coast. Established in 1999, Glow now organizes over 300 events per year at their venues Echostage and Soundcheck in Washington, DC. Fans voted Echostage as DJ Mag's #1 North American nightclub for three consecutive years. Alongside their venues, Glow has hosted numerous large-scale events and festivals along the eastern seaboard including Moonrise Festival and Preakness Infield Festival.

THE ROLE

GLOW is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Marketing & Email Specialist to join the Marketing team in Washington, DC. We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Email Specialist to support the functions of GLOW's marketing department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, create, and implement digital marketing and email campaigns for Glow, Echostage, Soundcheck, and any festival projects GLOW hosts to inform, engage, and increase ticket sales
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Brainstorms new growth strategies through digital marketing
• Schedule detailed ad creative, copy, and targeting for on-sale, maintenance, and closing campaigns
• Manage all digital marketing expenses and invoicing
• Create detailed spreadsheets and marketing calendars across all digital and emailed campaigns
• Track, analyze, and present metrics to Marketing Director with digital marketing/email insights and recommendations on improvements
• Develop and deliver campaign recaps, updates and accurate reporting in a timely manner; recommendations for future execution
• Execute day to day tasks as needed; performing ad hoc assignments as needed
• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns ensuring optimization for web and mobile
• Report on engagement and revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Distribute weekly email newsletters and targeted emails for specific segments based on marketing team's needs

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry
• In-depth understanding of media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis
• In-depth understanding of advertising and reporting on Google Analytics, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience across digital media including paid search, social, and programmatic
• Experience with A/B testing
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Proficient knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Excellent organization skills
• Fast learner, self-starter, strong work ethic,
• Strong understanding of prioritization in a demanding & fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Proficient in organization and multi-tasking on projects pertaining to multiple shows and projects
• Deep passion for music and marketing

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing travel to work events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
