WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the VP Finance, the Finance Manager will support Financial and Statistical reporting, Forecasting and Analysis for the North American Venue Management and Talent organizations.

Candidate will be a motivated self-starter, able to assess and summarize operating data, coordinate efforts of supporting Analyst(s), and operate under weekly and monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
• Prepare monthly forecast Reporting and Operating analysis for two Operating Divisions
• Prepare month-end P&Ls for multiple groups
• Analyze operating results and conduct detailed variance analysis
• Compile and review monthly inter-Division accounting entries
• Prepare and analyze data for monthly inter-Division forecast
• Liaise with other Departments and Finance teams on reporting, forecasting and analysis
• Prepare and maintain pacing and other trends for various lines of business
• Ad-hoc analyses and reporting summaries as assigned by management

Qualifications:
• BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Intermediate to advanced practical Excel knowledge
• Understanding of core accounting and reporting principles
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Planning tools preferred
