Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will manage and plan efficient operation of the warehouse.Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain warehouse space, its cleanliness, and oversee all inventory across C3 departments and USFO
• Cross coordinate with all departments on their asset storage and transportation to respective festivals
• Work with departments to keep warehouse tidy and assets as lean and efficient as possible
• Ship and receive packages and freight as needed by all departments and USFO
• Coordinate, schedule and manage trucking logistics to and from all C3 or affiliate festivals as well as USFO festivals and contracts
• Load and unload trucks for all festival and USFO needs
• Hire, manage and payroll temp staff during peak loading and unloading times
• Forecast, track, and settle all freight and logistics costs for all projects
• Research and provide most efficient ways to transport assets
• Maintain all equipment such as repacks, stillage racks, crates
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications
• 5 years' experience in warehouse management
• Experienced and certified forklift operator
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and promote good customer service to all coworkers and counterparts
• Flexible work schedule may require work on weekends and nontypical work hours
• Mechanical skills a plus
