Senior Manager, Screening Operations

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Screening Operations in our Global Sales & Distribution/Global Content Delivery Services department. This individual will report to the Vice President of Global Localization, Asset Management & Screening Operations and work both independently and collaboratively with teams across Lionsgate to ensure successful presentations.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and provide projection services for all Lionsgate internal screenings – feature, dailies, visual effects, trailers and presentations

• Greet and accommodate guests, executives and other VIP's attending screenings

• Supervise outside screenings at events such as premieres, research screenings and promos

• Hire the appropriate technical team for external premiere and research screening

• Process and track consultant, maintenance and theater parking expense

• Provide technical assistance for personal screening set-up in the homes of our executives

• Manage and schedule freelance projectionists as needed

• Train freelance projectionists on in-house theater set up, protocols and scheduling

• Handle the bookings of the screening room

• Provide protocol and equipment recommendations for the screening room

• Manage upkeep: install, tune and test upgraded equipment

Experience & Skills
• 5 or more years of directly related screening operations experience required

• Knowledge of digital cinema, film, video, and audio digital and physical formats with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with executives, filmmakers, internal departments and external vendors

• Digital Cinema, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve skills a must

• File transfer knowledge necessary (Aspera Connect, Aspera P2P, FileRunner (Sohonet))

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) skills helpful

• Familiarity with SAP a plus
