Senior Coordinator, Sales Planning

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Sr. Coordinator to support the SVP of Sales Strategy & Operations. This role will assist the group in its efforts to monetize library titles internationally on Ad Supported Platforms.

Responsibilities
• Management of title avails for AVOD, liaising with international sales reps

• Start to finish management of product lists for international AVOD clients – including servicing through our VP of Operations

• Participate in all international initiatives and help shape packaging for AVOD specific clients

• Manage and maintain a tracker of all AVOD successes (new clients, uplift in MG/fees, strong title performances)

• Prepare and present trackers/avails/strategic plans to broader team

• Meet regularly with Sales Planning team to track fiscal goals specific to AVOD

• Interface with key senior management, spanning the C-Suite, Motion Picture Group, and Worldwide Television Distribution

Experience & Skills
• Ability to multi-task and interact with all internal teams as well as key external players to:

• Organize calendars and timelines to proactively meet deadlines

• Help with analytical processes across teams (Intl, Digital, Participations, Sales Planning, Rights, Servicing, Marketing, IT)

• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

• 2+ year of related experience required

Nice to Haves
• Comprehension and Retention of Library profiles including rights in/out, sales history

• Experience working in a sales planning or library acquisition capacity
