Summary of Position
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Attorney in the Business and Legal Affairs department. This position will be responsible for supporting the Worldwide Digital and Television licensing department.
Responsibilities:
• Help negotiate and draft transactional licensing agreement (EST, PPV, TVOD) on a worldwide basis
• Help negotiate and draft television and non-transactional licensing agreements on a worldwide basis
• Oversee Lionsgate's clip licensing
• Support various legal projects including reviewing chain of title, key art, and marketing restrictions
• Provide secondary support to senior attorneys on high level transactions
Experience & Skills
• BS/BA from an accredited college/university
• Graduate from an accredited law school and a member of the California Bar
• Minimum 1 year of licensing experience in the entertainment field
