Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Assistant, Global Creative Advertising in our Global Creative Advertising department. The Global Creative Advertising department is responsible for crafting every aspect of the creative campaign developed for Owned, Paid or Earned Media Theatrical, Print, Digital across all lifecycle, platform and windows, including UK, VOD, Home Ent and library. Strategic insight, creativity, teamwork, communication and diplomacy are core tenets of the department. The ideal candidate must be an organized, agile thinker, with initiative and excellent communications skills. The role will require a hard-working and solution-based individual eager to help support the creative team administratively and operationally. The candidate must be able to learn quickly to organize complex information and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be easily adaptable to change.

Responsibilities
• Be responsible for supporting the creative team administratively

• Manage scheduling, organization of assets, managing reimbursement for expenses, booking travel, assisting with billing.

• Manage tracking documents on Monday.com and box.

• Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure the flow of information supports other verticals

• Manage distribution of creative material for agencies such as scripts, dailies, features, and unit photography

• Create agendas for team meetings

• Create EOD summary of completed and to-do items for the team

• Create links/burn-ins/watermarks for creative materials

• Track and organize incoming and outgoing materials

• Ensure campaign information is up to date and readily available, including budgets & campaign spend to date numbers.

• Consolidate materials for executive and filmmaker presentations.

• Create, manage and update project status reports for EOW send out

Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably entertainment based.

• Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Passionate about advertising, trends, and social media.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Vast knowledge of music, pop culture, art and film.

Nice to Haves
• Experience managing budgets.

• Experience with design (Adobe Creative Suite, web development)
