Job Summary/Description:

The Local Programming Executive Producer is responsible for the content management and execution of local programming shows and projects primarily Your Life Arizona. The Local Programming Executive Producer will lead a team of producers to drive revenue and deliver ratings through paid segment creation and original content in Your Life Arizona. May produce other local programming as needed.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- 60% Oversee Your Life Arizona paid segments. Oversee all client content and segment execution. Mediate the needs of clients and the needs of Arizona's Family Marketing.
- 20% Executive produce local programming. Demonstrate leadership and discernment in managing short-term goals (daily planning & execution) and long-term goals (revenue & ratings growth) for all programs.
- 20% Line producer Your Life Arizona. Coordinate show taping from control room when live. Demonstrate good judgement in show stacking, live timing and content adjusting.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in journalism or related field preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Executive Producer or line producer required
* Experience producing with multiple live sources
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure while meeting daily deadlines
* Ability to effectively lead a team
* Ability to work well on a team, as well as independently
*Outstanding customer service orientation
