News Production Assistant (PT)

KSNV has an exciting opportunity for a part-time News Production Assistant!

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to operate prompter and camera for our (Morning) Newscast
• Prep for newscasts
• Studio and set preparation
• Maintaining studio and equipment cleanliness
• Ability to lift 40lbs and stand on ladders
• Assist directors during the show
• Assist outside clients and guest
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:
• Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field highly preferred.
• Training will be provided

General Hours:
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, morning shows
• Weekend hours as needed, on occasion
