Job Summary/Description:

We are looking for a energetic Marketing Coordinator. This is a fast-paced and rewarding career that requires graphic design and social media marketing experience, exceptional writing, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Creating high impact sales presentations and promotions
• Collaborate with sales staff, creative services, and digital content team to integrate and execute sponsored station promotions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop marketing strategies that generate results.
• Creatively write and post sponsored social media content that ensures client success and brand consistency.
• Using graphic design software, create engaging digital advertisements
• Effectively communicate with other internal departments for sales campaigns
• Ability to perform at a high level, multitask efficiently and meet deadlines in this fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Managers.
• Assign commercial traffic to station orders
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Excellent copy writing and communications skills.
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Graphic design experience. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Energetic, competitive and self-starter.
• Capable of learning new systems promptly and thoroughly.
• Previous commercial television or marketing experience is helpful.
