Job Summary/Description:

This position of Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and cleaning to the building and grounds.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Performing general maintenance tasks for the building that does not require a specialized technician. Examples include: window washing, drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and more
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and building systems.
- Shoveling sidewalks and applying salt or sand as needed.
- Responding to and completing tenant or supervisor maintenance requests.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong time management and organizations skills; Knowledge of general repairs and maintenance; Related experience; High School Diploma or Equivalent; Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time; Valid driver's license and good driving record
