Ownership of IMG Studios consolidated reporting including but not limited to Monthly SLT Reporting pack, Forecast / Budget packs including P&L and Cashflow. Lead and own the monthly close and forecasting cycles for the division, working with stakeholders to agree timetables and deliverables. Produce consolidated P&L and cashflow forecasts with insightful commentary. |
