Plans and schedules of all work and maintains the appropriate files and records to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results or work done Reviews project work and requests and ensures the scope is clearly stated Visits the sites to obtain manuals, drawings and enforce special procedures as needed Demonstrates complete knowledge of Project Management Provides a weekly work schedule for Projects and Planned Work ahead of time Provides daily in field construction activity report to Project Manager and leadership as needed Responsible for the development of assigned capital projects (scoping project, utilize the approval process to gain approval and implement plans) and implementing these plans in a cost effective and efficient manner.
