We are looking for an amazing Scheduler to join our HR Department. As the Scheduler, you'll be responsible for supporting the human resources and executive functions with scheduling calendars and coordinating a cross-section of employee sponsorships and other cultural initiatives across the studio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Maintains, updates, and schedules studio-wide meetings, open-house, and ''skip meetings'' on behalf of Senior Leadership Team members
• Schedules IF meetings for the Human Resources group
• Schedules all new hire meetings and new hire lunches
• Confirms appointments and arranges meeting venues (online and in-person)
• Supports travel bookings for business-related travel
• Maintains company organizational charts and title lists
• Requests and coordinates all new hire badging and photos
• Performs other administrative duties as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook or other calendaring systems
• Comfortable speaking effectively before employees of the organization
Other Skills:

High attention to detail with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time with strong organizational skills and accuracy. Excellent communication skills both in oral and written form. Proven ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is often required to sit; regularly walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
