SUMMARY

The Hulu content promotion team is mainly responsible for promoting Disney's high-quality content on Hulu, Disney+, Star+, and other platforms. We are committed to delivering to users in a personalized, real-time manner. Together with Disney's global content team, we formulate content delivery strategies. We design recommendation algorithms with the research team to improve delivery efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Responsible for the implementation of the Disney and Hulu content promotion systems' (similar to internal advertising systems) algorithms, and applying the industry's most advanced machine learning and statistical algorithms to actual business scenarios, including traffic control, inventory forecasting, and click-through rate forecasting.
• Work with product teams to understand business requirements and design and iterate on the systems.
• Work with the team to maintain, and tune the performance of the existing systems.
• Actively participate in various technical discussions and sharing in the group

WHAT TO BRING
• BS or above in computer science or related fields.
• Solid programming skills.
• Practical experience with algorithms in the advertising field.
• Proficient in big data tools such as Spark and Presto.
• Fluent in spoken English, good writing and communication skills.
