Visual Assistant, Visual Group

Job Description

Your Impact: The Hearst Visual Group produces and sources the visual content for 16 of our print and digital brands. The Visual Assistant position we are hiring for will work on Delish, Elle Decor and House Beautiful.

What You'll Do:
• Research photos for print and digital
• Manage invoices, department expenses, estimates, advances, contracts, call sheets and insurance
• Provide support for the Visual Group with all administrative tasks
• Help with photo production
• Source props for photo shoots
• Keep track of and input photo/production credits
• Help with image processing and asset management including applying metadata to files and archiving them

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Passion for photography
• Ability to solve problems
