Specialist, Paid Media (Programmatic) - HBO Max

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and technology.

The candidate must be a ''doer'' who can effectively and efficiently perform day to day display media tasks. Must be a fast worker, accountable, and driven. This is a small, lean team, and as such, candidates will need to be able to get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output. This role will be aid in growing and optimizing direct and programmatic advertising campaigns and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across WarnerMedia's HBO Max Streaming Platform.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Work hand-in-hand with Direct and Programmatic Managers to plan and execute display acquisition campaigns
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly pacing and budget tracking
• Build and QA display campaigns and own creative tag implementation within programmatic platforms such as DV360, YouTube, Xandr and Campaign Manager
• Meticulously manage timelines and expectations related to content releases and deployment of display media strategy and creative
• Generate reporting for campaign evaluation, optimization, and presentations for team to share with internal stakeholders
• QA personal work to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects, drive to completion, and deliver effective results
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in the space (industry news, case studies, UI updates and betas, etc.)

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 1-2 years experience developing and executing digital media campaigns
• Nice to have: Entertainment industry experience, working in an agency environment especially within Acquisition/Growth Team/Dept
• Understanding of Programmatic Technology is a must - DSPs, DMPs, Trading Desks, Ad Servers and Ad Verification tools (DCM, DV360, theTradeDesk, IAS, DoubleVerify, LiveRamp, Krux). Experience in Digital direct programs (planning, activation and reporting) a plus,
• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
• Ability to analyze data from media metrics and performance toward campaign KPIs
