The Job

The Senior Manager, CRM Campaign Management, HBO Max will be responsible for planning and executing on a clear retention and engagement initiatives while interacting with internal stakeholders to understand the market drivers, strategies, and challenges, supporting HBO Max's organizational goals and objectives. Exhibits a strong sense of ownership.

The Daily
• Develop strategies and oversee the execution of in-market personalized marketing programs to convert, engage and retain subscribers throughout customer's lifecycle and journey.
• Partners closely with Audience Planning & Optimization team to identify consumer insights, growth levers and signals to drive transactional, promotional, and content initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of new, and migration of existing campaigns and processes
• Establish and report on critical metrics for all campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and draw conclusions based on data, present findings and recommend next steps.
• Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability and performance optimization.
• Create and implement test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing that maximize conversions.
• Oversee and manage campaigns calendar across markets.
• Develop and manage a consistent process, from briefing to execution, by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
• Be the subject matter expert of campaign execution capabilities and best practices, translating business requests into campaign execution requirements.
• Provide critical thought leadership in developing and implementing campaign capabilities roadmap.
• Lead the strategy and project management for various data driven activities, including technology enhancements, new capability launches, and pilot tests.

The Essentials
• 10+ years in campaign planning and management / segmentation management / audience management experience
• Experience with CRM marketing performance platforms such as Braze, PostUp, Adobe Marketing, Kochava, Marketo, others
• Intermediate to strong technical skills; including experience with SQL, data mining, and designing analytics data layers
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills - particularly within large organizations
• Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines
• Prior leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
