The Job

Reporting into the Production Director, this role is part of the EMEA Production and Traffic team responsible for coordinating production across Warner Media television networks and streaming services, supporting all agency creative departments, with a focus on promotional content for HBO and HBO Max.

The Daily
• Assign briefs to creative teams and agencies.
• Create production schedules & budgets.
• Proactively track project progress, monitor spend and update Production Director and stakeholders.
• Ensure all assets are delivered to deadline.
• Coordinate localisations (translations, dubbing and subbing) of creative assets into EMEA languages.
• Purchase orders & invoicing – create POs, update cost report, process invoices.
• Freelancer bookings and onboarding, including IT set-up, security pass, folder access etc.
• Areas of responsibility are shared between all Production & Traffic team members and the division of tasks will change as and when required by business needs.

The Essentials
• Experience in TV or streaming service production
• Knowledge of post-production process (edit, audio, GFX etc)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent organisational skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of delivering work to tight timescales
• Collaborative approach

The Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of a second European language
