Job Summary/Description:

We are searching for a TV news producer to join our award-winning team. Our producers routinely produce 1-2 newscasts daily.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
* Produce television Newscasts daily. Help fellow producers as needed.
* Produce content for digital, social, OTT and broadcast as assigned
* Work closely with Executive Producers and Reporters to showcase our content.
* Alert and assist our digital team as needed with Live Streams and Facebook Lives
* Monitor real-time metrics and analytics platforms, using them to inform editorial decisions and social posts
* Collaborate with other news team members to manage and develop stories from concept to publication
* Clip videos for all platforms, as needed
* Occasionally build out graphics for broadcast

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Prefer at least two years newsroom experience
* Four-year college degree
* Preferred candidates have prior content producing experience
* Strong, accurate writer
* Solid news judgment
* Experience with CMS/digital publishing platforms (ARC would be a plus)
* Experience with broadcast newsroom software such as ENPS
* Experience with video editing software (Edius would be a plus)
* Flexibility to work various shifts and serve on call as assigned
* Clean driving record
