Job Summary/Description:

WABI TV 5, a Gray Television station, seeks a full time Director to join our team. This integral studio role is focused to the production of WABI TV5's market-leading local newscasts and other dynamic local productions in a supportive team environment with the opportunity and encouragement to learn and grow as you advance in a rewarding career.

Duties include, but are not limited to, directing newscasts with studio set-up, working on special events such as live local sports telecasts and other local programming initiatives, developing graphics, and other newsroom and production responsibilities, with on-call shift coverage included.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Background in news and television production is beneficial, but is not required. If you have the drive to learn and grow, we are happy to give you the training you need.
- Attention to accuracy while excelling in multi-tasking.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
