Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Multi-Media Journalist

FOX6 Milwaukee is looking for a creative, innovative journalist who can do it all. We will provide you with the state-of-the-art equipment and you provide the amazing content. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an MMJ you will write, shoot, edit and present stories live for daily newscasts, station website and other social media platforms. You will develop sources in the community and contribute story ideas daily. You will use your creative storytelling techniques to engage viewers and break down information to be clear and concise to our audience. We are looking for that 'people person' who can work in our TEAM environment!

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field with a minimum 2 years on-air experience in a commercial television news operation. You must have non-linear editing experience, preferably Edius or Adobe Premiere. You must possess exceptional writing skills and work efficiently under tight deadlines. You must have a passion for storytelling and come to our editorial meetings with great story ideas!
