JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. You will serve as the coordinator for the marketing team located on the FOX lot, handling office ''management'' duties as well as administrative support to the three deparment SVPs. The Marketing Coordinator will officially report to the SVP of strategies & partnerships, but have dotted lines to the SVPs of brand marketing and on-air promotion.

SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative
• Supports the three SVP's as needed including scheduling meetings, coordinating meeting logistics (IT, refreshments, other), travel arrangements, expense reports, photocopying, and more as assigned

Departmental/Facilities
• Coordination of the logistical needs of the department offices
• Ordering office and kitchen supplies ensuring inventory is well-stocked and comprehensive
• Managing requests for repairs and office maintainence ensuring facilities are clean, in working order and adhere to safety regulations

Marketing
• As possible handle assignments in support of campaigns and routine department processes. For example:
• Run regular reports covering affiliate promotional schedules
• Maintain logo library on affiliate portal
• Other, as assigned
• Support execution of department-wide presentations, events and celebrations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Outstanding organizational, detail management, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong people skills and proven ability to problem-solve effectively and gracefully
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities
• Positive attitude, be self-accountable and a self-starter, place a high value on personal integrity and trust, and be determined to contribute to a positive environment
• Adept at Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in an office setting and interest in sports
