JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox is currently seeking a Manager, National Media to join our team in Los Angeles. In this position, The Manager National Media helps facilitate the strategic planning, buying, and implementation of media for the Fox Entertainment National Media team. The Manager, National Media is responsible for understanding the traditional & digital media marketplace and managing the agency that places media on our behalf. With direction from the Director of Media, the Manager, National Media supports strategic planning, budgets, implementation, and post-performance for all activity bought to support FOX Entertainment shows. You will assist in managing day-to-day duties of our media agency, responsible for working closely with internal teams (Social & Creative Teams) to manage and communicate all media and creative needs.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the agency to ensure media plans and creative materials are timely
• Assist in the exploration and execution planning process across all media campaigns, as well as the creation of campaign summary reports and maintenance of asset/tracking deliverables
• Oversee the distribution of creative/social assets across multiple departments
• Provide support across general marketing processes, including meeting set up and notes, invoice processing, budget tracking
• Evaluate emerging new media opportunities
• Evaluate all marketing opportunities for FOX as they pertain to media buying
• Research, evaluate, and manage custom media programs that include both digital and traditional elements
• Work with internal departments to coordinate delivery of digital and on-site activation assets
• Overall understanding of FOX goals and satisfactory delivery of marketing expectations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to facilitate negotiations and secure the most efficient rates, added value, and other marketing benefits
• Consistent relationship building and maintenance with vendors and associates
• Maintain and update orders as they run and manage delivery and execution

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2+ years agency/media/sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills
• Basic math and buying formulas in relation to CPP, CPMs, and other Media Math evaluations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as in a team environment
