We are looking for a talented Booker to join the Cavuto Live team. As a Booker, you understand the importance of the ''first phone call''. You have the ability to reel in the big get before anyone else! You know what it takes to get the exclusive. You have the right attitude and a solid comprehension that landing the best and right guest can make or break a show.

Flexibility is vital to this role!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Book high-profile politicians, executives, and other big-name guests for segments
• Pitch unique and interesting stories that our viewers will relate to
• Conduct research and compile well-rounded pre-interviews
• Manage daily deadline turnarounds of a live-show
• Strategize with your colleagues to determine the best booking approaches
• Research breaking news stories, last-minute bookings
• Find people via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Previous booking experience
• 3 years of experience in television
• Strong writing skills and editorial judgment
• Possess an extensive rolodex and can independently book everyone from high-profile politicians, executives, and other people at the center of major news stories
• A passion for current events
• Willing and able to work under tight deadline pressures while juggling long-term bookings
• Ability to work Saturdays

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• A Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
