We are currently looking for an organized, enthusiastic Post Coordinator to add to our Los Angeles studio. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact in office for the Post Production department.

You will:

• Receive and catalog data as it comes in from shoots both in office and remote, ingest footage, organize media, create proxies and distribute assets to editors and assistant editors as well as create final asset checklists and maintain project wrapout procedures

• Be responsible for updating Monday.com boards and maintaining archival systems

• Manage account info for various services (Red Giant, Teamviewer, Adobe, stock accounts) as well as physical assets (hard drives, other equipment)

• Provide occasional assistant editor duties such as reframing final exports into various aspect ratios and formats

• Assist with creating assignments for Post PA and Assistant Editors and seeing those assignments through to completion

You have:

• Access to a car with a valid driver’s license

• Familiarity with Adobe CC, Frame.io, Monday.com, data management software and hardware

• Desire to learn, develop and grow in post-production

• The ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• A keen eye for detail and QC
