Account Manager (Travel, Hospitality, F&B)

Join CatchOn as an Account Manager and work on the frontline of the exciting and fast-changing marketing and communications industry. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and prioritize account team deliverables, effectively delegating responsibilities and executing tasks according to each client's brief as well as the demands of the overall agency client portfolio
• Build strong client relationships and oversee multiple campaigns for different clients simultaneously
• Plan strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, media interviews, events and research studies
• Draft content such as press releases, briefing documents, fact sheets, executive biographies, brochures, trend reports and social media posts
• Guide clients in the development of strategic plans, providing insights and proactive recommendations
• Cultivate a deep pool of media contacts to mine insights and create client opportunities
• Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment by mentoring the account team
• Support new business development, including the preparation of proposals and generating new ideas
• Ensure quality control by reviewing agency products including creative work, key client communications, schedules, and creative strategies

Skills & Values
• Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, PR, marketing or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a hybrid communications practice with specialization in PR or marketing, in-house or in an agency
• Proven track record of account management, campaign strategy, social media and media planning
• Solid experience in managing cross-functional teams and possess excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Strong media relations across different sectors
• Creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
