Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Manager to support original video content priorities for Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes brands across multiple platforms. This individual should be able to make confident and intelligent decisions that reflect a solid understanding of the business goals and strategies, while also maintaining the integrity and quality of the products for which they are responsible.

The Post-Production Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee and manage
post processes, guiding projects from greenlight to delivery and wrap. Specifically, facilitating the smooth transition of projects from the Producers to Editors, legal, QC and the appropriate platform teams, with a sharp eye for staying on schedule and within budget. Video content may range from scripted to unscripted, from individual segments, sizzle videos, and short-form content/series to longer-form episodes.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Develop and execute post-schedule/workflows and technical guidelines for each project and ensure these processes are clearly communicated to the entire team
• Coordinate delivery, reviews, and approvals. Distribute internal and external cuts to all necessary parties
• Organize video storage solutions and sharing of content
• QC existing workflows and document updates to all asset packages and deliverables to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Determine post-production equipment and software needs for current and upcoming projects
• Liaise with Production, Design, and Post teams before and throughout shoots to ensure a successful handoff of media from production to post
• Oversee the onboarding process for external vendors, editors, and assistant editors on the team, ensuring that new hires have all the tools and information they need to be successful
• Advise and develop post-production budgets based on deliverables, show creative and schedules, while tracking spending ensuring post projects stay on budget
• Represent and speak on behalf of Post in external and internal, project-specific meetings, accurately communicating post needs for current and future projects
• Maintain effective communication with partners regarding delivery, feedback, and the request for new materials
• Occasionally produce and edit content when necessary
• Knowledge of video/audio codecs, closed captioning services, broadcast frame rates/codecs, DSLR, and 4K workflows
• Knowledge of audio mixing, sound design, and color correction
• Knowledge of the ever-changing landscape of camera technology and production equipment
• Minimum 1-2 years of Post-Production experience
• Fluency in file transfer protocols, DAM, and networked storage.
• Experience with a variety of digital media workflows including multi-language assets, content delivery, and metadata.
• Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro & Frame.io workflows.
• Fluency in current graphics/compositing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience collecting and negotiating vendor bids, and budgeting for post-production
• Must be self-sufficient in taking projects from start to completion
