Job Description
Endeavor is seeking a Global Mobility Sr. Manager or Director for to support the Global Mobility team with managing and coordinating the Endeavor global mobility program. In this hands-on role, you will have a global mobility background and partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a premium mobility experience.
Global Mobility Manager Responsibilities:
• Deliver a globally consistent framework for supporting our mobility population that properly balances cost with stakeholder satisfaction and has the flexibility to accommodate unique needs and circumstances.
• Supervise end to end relocation service delivery with internal immigration team, overseeing third party relocation vendor and tax providers in partnership with the Global Mobility Manager, EMEA
• Provide guidance and expertise to global stakeholders as a subject matter expert on Endeavor's Global Mobility strategy, programs, provisions and policies
• Work and consult with external legal and tax counsel to administer Global Mobility program delivery with a focus on legal and tax compliance with regard to assignee and transferee administration
• Advise on requirements, cost estimates, service recommendations, policy, logistics of global moves
• Responsible for partnering with global payroll teams to ensure proper tax reporting and shadow payroll obligations
• Lead the US year end process with tax provider ensuring compliance and accurate year end reporting
• Review and escalate all exceptions and resolve by facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Work with our internal advisory group to develop new programs and encourage their consistent application. Managing the roll out of the new programs throughout the company
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in global mobility, Human Resources or directly related field
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Global Mobility
• Demonstrated knowledge of key global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies
• Experience handling complex, ambiguous situations exercising judgement and critical thinking skills and manage escalation quickly to closure
• Experience thriving in a changing environment and demonstrated skill operating in a fast-paced, high growth and highly collaborative environment
• Project management experience across multiple disciplines and stakeholders – driving projects from conception to implementation
• Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, social security and salary/payroll related issues, particularly US tax
• Experience of working with external vendors and managing delivery of services, including dealing with disputes and service issues
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and experience of explaining complex situations in a straight forward, easy to understand manner.

• Strong external vendor relationship management skills, including ability to co-ordinate local requirements as part of global vendor agreements, monitoring, and auditing performance and compliance
