We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to help manage and execute the day-to-day deliverables for a passion-driven and high value client within the agency. This applicant should have experience in diversity and inclusion efforts, integrated campaign development, detailed project management and helping develop strategic, media-agnostic creative ideas and activations.

The Senior Account Executive acts as a trusted source for clients in helping manage and execute our day-to-day responsibilities. The role reports into the account supervisor, and will interact with a mix of other account, production, and creative team members at all levels from across the agency.

Job Responsibilities
• Help drive day to day activity on their account(s).
• Manage and organize client and internal status documents to ensure the team is tracking across projects and setting expectations where needed with our clients.
• Maintain a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through continuous development and education.
• Help manage internal creative team and process, alongside supporting a more senior Account and Production team.
• Event management and onsite activation oversight/assistance
• Partner with the core team to develop campaign ideas.
• Develop deep expertise and knowledge around the client's businesses and industry.
• Help develop and provide input into scope of works, schedules/work backs, and resource management across projects.
• Support Account and Strategy on creative and task brief development across projects.
• Help ensure that creative ideas and recommendations are on strategy and achieving client objectives.
• Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the agency and internal teams.
• Help foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Help steward financial excellence, both internally and externally, by managing budgets and billings consistently and accurately.

Education & Skills
• 2/3+ years of account experience at leading ad agencies.
• Experience helping drive and inspire disruptive creative ideas and breakthrough campaign work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a problem solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working on integrated campaigns.
• Experience with LatinX consumer/community preferred.
• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Experience with travel and/or lodging clients preferred.
