Position Summary: Project Manager, IMG Academy will be responsible for participating in the management, growth and development of various IMG Academy product enhancement projects and strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will focus on driving improvement across identified key product and customer experience items while owning the process from start to finish, inclusive of on-going tracking while working collaboratively with IMG Academy leadership team members.

Position Responsibilities
• Serve as project lead on specific IMGA product/experience projects as directed by the SVP, Product Operations
• Responsible for development of project timeline, successful execution, and building/developing the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction and motivation
• Oversight of specific project teams to drive enhancements, visibility, oversight and accountability on specific and identified product/experience projects
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize action plans
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Partner closely with Consumer Insights to continually monitor, measure, and understand customer feedback on product and experience-based initiatives while identifying new product/experience based opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with SVP, Product Operations to identify and develop operating efficiencies across Product Operations Department
• Assist in coordination and drive synergy/architecture across IMG Academy
• Produce, deliver and maintain progress updates, status reports, agendas, minutes and pre-meeting materials specific to product/experience based projects
• Provide daily operational support as directed and as needed across Product Operations of all areas of IMG Academy including but not limited to sales and marketing, events and hospitality, diversity & inclusion, operations, sports, academics, etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Strong project management skills
• A relationship-oriented individual with proven track record of successful professional relationships.
• Skilled in communicating information to a diverse set of constituencies
• Must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and leadership.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels in a demanding environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and independently to resolve complex issues.
• Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with members of the campus community, fellow employees, city officials, government agencies, and the general public.

• Detail oriented and intellectually curious

Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
