Job Description
IMG Licensing is seeking a Digital Services Account Manager that is focused on driving key Social Media and eCommerce initiatives with our licensing partners and clients. IMG Licensing represents renowned brands, institutions, and entertainment properties spanning sports, film, and talent - creating marketing and revenue opportunities through licensed products.

The IMG Licensing team is a talented group of creative and hardworking licensing professionals that represent and champion some of the most recognizable brands across industries. You will have the opportunity to create meaningful and lucrative digital and social synergies for our clients. You will be empowered to identify, propose, and negotiate deals as well as originate relationships that can result in highly influential and far-reaching projects, raising the visibility of the brand and IMG Licensing alike.

You should be a strategic, proactive, and commercially minded eCommerce and Social Media expert with a background in digital marketing and consumer goods across a wide array of disciplines. You possess a passion and curiosity for celebrity, sports, entertainment, and culture and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile, and at times intense environment.

Responsibilities
• Account management and growth of IMG Licensing clients and partners through unique Social media and eCommerce initiatives, overseeing the fulfilment and support of branded storefronts, marketplaces and associated marketing, brand registry and protection, as well as ideating and securing licensor permission to present on these platforms.
• Lead presentations and pitches as well as complex negotiations, understanding full financial and brand impact across all aspects of a deal including financial structures, intellectual property rights, territories, etc.
• Grow clients' business and brand value and recognition across target platforms
• Operational duties such as tracking press and financial management, development of marketing/sales materials, attending meetings etc.
• Strategic duties including Social media and eCommerce licensing program strategy development, research, brand marketing initiatives with licensees and 3rd party marketing agencies
• Partner with financial, legal, and internal licensing partners to ensure alignment across revenue plans, contract compliance, and brand marketing goals, respectively
• Offer superior client services and support, operating as their strategic partner and champion, providing steady flow of communication, ideas, and opportunities.

Requirements
• 5+ years in transaction based Social Media or eCommerce consumer products experience
• Great customer service orientation and account management skills – professional, resourceful, pro-active, and helpful
• Demonstrable knowledge of digital platforms and eCommerce marketplace strategies.
• Commercial mind-set and a savvy negotiator – understands what questions to raise, how to represent the client well, with a drive to win the deal
