Coordinator, Sports Marketing

Job Description

Position Overview:
On Location is seeking a talented marketing coordinator to join our team to support our marketing efforts across all NFL major events and with each of our NFL team partners.

The ideal candidate is someone passionate about sports and sports business with an understanding and appreciation for the NFL and all teams therein. This individual should be able to pivot and work on multiple tasks concurrently. Driven with high attention to detail with a roll-up-their-sleeves mentality with an appreciation for how marketing drives sales/revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of marketing with operational tasks including but not limited to:
• Manage the timeline of key NFL team deliverables
• Working with our creative team to shepherd the creative process for key customized assets (digital, video, email, social) for each team promoting key initiatives
• Traffic creative to NFL for approval
• Traffic customized creative assets to each team
• Organize key marketing assets in our shared asset management system
• Assist with creation and delivery of production files for branded event assets .e.g Super Bowl event signage, NFL Draft guest communication materials, International game event activation branded elements, etc.

Qualifications
• College Degree in marketing with some entry-level experience/internships preferred.
• Experience with Outlook, Asana, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong competency to build relationships with partners and manage up to marketing leadership
• Ability to develop a positive and effective relationship with coworkers, partners and customers
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
